Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner and ensure their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Check in with guests regularly to address any concerns or special requests.
  • Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays of food and beverages.
