The role of the Operations Executive is to support the Training Centre Operations Manager with implementation and execution of the day-to-day activities and ensure the Training Centre is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

§ Register and enrol students on courses

§ Verify student prerequisites

§ Liaise with key stakeholders to obtain student information

§ Plan and execute logistical arrangements students attending courses

§ Answer enquiries by phone and email

Generate reports for distribution to internal and external third stakeholders

EXPERIENCE:

No experience required

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
