Job Description We create memorable experiences for our guests, and we are looking for a Banquet Captain who is passionate about delivering excellent service. You should be organized, confident, and able to lead a team in a professional manner. In this role, you will help ensure that all events and banquets run smoothly - from setup to service - while making sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. A Glimpse into Your Role as a Banquet Captain, you will: + Supervise and support the banquet team during events + Make sure all event setups are completed correctly and on time + Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service + Brief the team before each event so everyone understands their duties + Monitor service during events and quickly handle any guest requests or issues + Ensure high service standards are maintained at all times + Assist with upselling premium food and beverage options when appropriate + Oversee event closing procedures and ensure everything is properly cleared and organized What We're Looking For + Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or relevant hotel experience) + At least 2 years of experience in banquet or food & beverage service in a hotel is an advantage + Good communication skills in English or other languages are a plus + Good knowledge of banquet operations and service standards + Strong leadership and teamwork skills + Well organized, able to multitask, and pay attention to detail + Able to work in a fast-paced environment What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
