We're always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we're searching for an Events & Catering Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls. A little taste of your day-to-day: Each day brings variety, with responsibilities centered around delivering exceptional events and catering experiences. You will be expected to: + Oversee daily sales and coordination activities for events and catering operations + Achieve individual and team revenue targets to maximize overall profitability + Develop and execute strategic sales and event plans to drive incremental revenue, including room occupancy, average rate growth, banquet and food & beverage sales, and event volume + Prepare, analyze, and present monthly performance reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement + Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and external stakeholders What We need from you: + Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field + Minimum of 4 years' experience in hospitality, hotel sales, events, or catering, including manager experience leading a team + Strong understanding of local market trends, business environment, and client networks What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
