+ Inspect structural works on-site including concrete, steel, formwork, rebar, precast elements, and associated civil infrastructure. + Monitor contractors' activities to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, materials, and relevant specifications. + Report any non-conformances, delays, or deviations from the contract documents to the Site Engineer or Resident Engineer. + Witness material testing and ensure the correct implementation of quality control procedures. + Maintain comprehensive site records including daily inspections, progress updates, and photographic evidence. + Review and verify contractor's daily reports and check the adequacy of manpower and equipment on-site. + Coordinate with other discipline inspectors to resolve interface issues and ensure proper integration of works. + Participate in technical and progress meetings as required. + Assist in reviewing method statements and ITPs from a site implementation perspective. + Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to on-site. + Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. + Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in structural inspection, preferably on infrastructure or roads & highways projects. + Prior experience working on Ashghal projects or with a GEC in قطر is highly preferred. + Good understanding of structural construction methods and quality control. + Familiar with international codes and standards (e.g., ACI, BS, ASTM). + Strong communication skills and ability to write clear technical reports. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software (preferred).
