Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to support our F-15QA business at Al Udeid Air Base, قطر. **المنصب Responsibilities:** + Assists in review of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements + to prepare quality assurance plans and tests for hardware and software products, + processes and services. + Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure + program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures. + Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems. + Provides ideas and concepts for corrective action development. + Supports quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements. + Assists with hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with + quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, + regulatory and customer requirements. + Documents audit results in standard formats. + Compiles data and provides recommendations for material review disالمنصب. + Works under general supervision. This المنصب **requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance** for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years of experience in applying verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills. + 3+ years of experience collecting data, developing metrics, and presenting information. + 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). + 3+ years of experience in the aerospace industry. + 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS). + 3+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership. **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor's Degree or higher + 5+ years of experience in collecting, interpreting data, and leading high level projects for management. + 5+ years of Boeing Problem Solving Model or Root Cause Corrective Action. + Demonstrated high level of dependability, interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, collaboration, and problem solving. + Customer focused ability to work independently or as part of a team. **Reالموقع:** This المنصب offers reالموقع based on candidate eligibility. **Visa Sponsorship:** Employer will sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
