Outcome Customer Engineer, SaaS Delivery _corporate_fare_ Google _place_ Dubai - الإمارات العربية المتحدة; Doha, قطر **Mid** Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area. _info_outline_ XApplicants to this role must have work authorization in المملكة العربية السعودية as this role is not eligible for work visa sponsorshipNote: By applying to this المنصب you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working الموقع from the following: **Dubai - الإمارات العربية المتحدة; Doha, قطر** . **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. + Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management. + Experience engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders. + Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience in one or more of the following: Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations or Security. + Experience with Google Cloud products and differentiating from competition. + Experience working with product and support teams to resolve technical blockers. + Experience with object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java), and using technical proficiencies to remove blockers and accelerate customer delivery. + Experience with development or implementation of AI agents in an enterprise environment. + Experience guiding customers through the organizational change and delivery preparation needed to adopt new, cloud-powered business processes. **About the job** As a SaaS Outcome Customer Engineer (OCE), you will drive initial and ongoing revenue ramp for our SaaS customers, clearing blockers and ensuring they get the maximum benefit from their investment faster. You will manage and execute the deployment plan, transitioning scoped license agreements into production by providing technical leadership to customers and partners. You will have a direct impact on the velocity and incremental consumption of customer license agreements, leading to accelerated value realization, higher adoption, and future expansion opportunities. You will blend sales expertise, market knowledge, direct technical engagement, and technical project management to prove the value of Google Cloud SaaS products. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems. **Responsibilities** + Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer and partner teams, onboarding the implementation team, clearing blockers, managing timelines and progress, and ensuring readiness (e.g., capacity, training). + Resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment. + Drive and track progress of the initial and ongoing ramp of license agreements, moving customers from agreement to consumption as quickly as possible. + Identify expansion opportunities for new license agreements within the account during project execution. + Drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize value on an ongoing basis and secure future agreement renewals.
