Responsibilities V2X is seeking qualified HVAC Supervisor candidates to join our pipeline for opportunities supporting operations in Doha, قطر. The HVAC Supervisor will lead a team of technicians responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC and chiller systems to ensure optimal facility performance in support of mission requirements. + Supervise and coordinate HVAC and chiller technicians in the performance of maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. + Assign work orders, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. + Review and approve preventive maintenance schedules and verify completion of service logs. + Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members. + Conduct inspections to verify system performance, adherence to codes, and quality standards. + Coordinate with program leadership and customers on operational priorities and system requirements. + Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: + Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required. + Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of HVAC and chiller system experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. + Certification: EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification or equivalent. + Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced HVAC training or certifications preferred. + Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Other: Must be medically and physically fit to deploy to austere environments. Preferred Qualifications: + Prior overseas contracting or military base operations support experience. + Familiarity with DoD, AFCAP, or BOS contract environments. + Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
