قطر Top Secret w/ SCI On-site only Intelligence Analysis & Operations **Overview** GovCIO is currently hiring for an Operational Support Officer Assistant to support the SOJTF-C J2X Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) branch as CI and HUMINT activities subject matter expert. Supports SOJTF-C J2X in its oversight and management of all SOJTF-C operational reporting in the Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS). Conducts HUMINT analysis and creates finished HUMINT products. Creates, reviews, and implements DRAFT CI and HUMINT policies across the command. Manages day-to-day HUMINT/HUMINT-related activities, answers higher echelon requirements from, and coordinates with USSOCCENT, USCENTCOM, USSOCOM, and the Intelligence Community. + Responsible for budgeting and monitoring costs + Makes decisions based on capabilities, resources, and objectives + Ensures programs are aligned with contract objectives and within SOJTF-C J2X goals + Ensures maximum issue resolution in minimum time to meet service level agreements + Coordinates with SOJTF-C J2X and USSOCCENT, USCENTCOM, USSOCOM, and the Intelligence Community to adequately meet operational needs and expectations. + Serves as liaison with customers to resolve issues, receive feedback, and maintain positive client satisfaction **Qualifications** Bachelor's with 8-12 years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience + Bachelor's with 8 -12 years (or commensurate experience) + Clearance Required: **Top Secret/SCI w/CI Poly** + A minimum of three (3) years of operational experience in Human Intelligence (HUMINT) or related activities + Possess a Counterintelligence Scope polygraph within the الأخير five years + Possess graduate-level English writing and editing skills + Knowledgeable on the Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS) and Interagency coordination + Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines + A minimum of ten (10) years of operational experience and subject matter expertise in Counterintelligence + Certified graduate of: + DoD Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC) + Graduate of Defense Advanced Training Course (DATC) or Source Operations Course (SOC) + Graduate of Military Operations Training Course (MOTC); Field Tradecraft Course (FTC); or Operations Tradecraft Course (OTC) + Graduate of Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) Managers Course + Must have no conditions that will preclude passing the CENTCOM Medical Screening Preferred Skills and Experience + Experience supporting U.S. Special Operations \#NSS \#DL **نُشر في Salary Range** USD $90,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr. **الشركة Overview** GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
