We recognize diversity and inclusion as the engine to growth and innovation, and continue to lead because we have an exceptional workforce that puts the client at the centre of everything.** **Your Role:** Sales & Business Development + Identify and develop new business opportunities for DX HVAC equipment (Split, VRF/VRV, Package Units, Rooftop Units, etc.). + Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users. + Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. + Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders. + Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients. Technical Support + Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for DX HVAC systems. + Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and ensure compliance with project requirements. + Coordinate with engineering and projects teams during execution and commissioning phases. Market & Project Management + Track project pipelines from specification stage to order closing. + Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. + Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations. + Support marketing activities such as product launches and technical seminars. Qualifications & Experience + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. + **Minimum 5 years preferably 7-10 years of experience** in HVAC sales, with strong exposure to **DX systems** . + Proven experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and large projects. + Strong technical understanding of HVAC design standards and codes. + Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. + Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. Skills & Competencies + Strong technical and commercial acumen. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. + Results-driven with strong customer focus. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
