Join us. **Job Description** + Serves as a liaison between the PWA PR Team, the RPD PR Team, and the GEC PR Team with PR related activities, to ensure alignment with and fulfilment of Client requirements; + Assists the Client with all press releases, social media material and any communication related to public awareness and satisfaction; + Prepares material related to public outreach events like flyers, videos and any necessary material. + Supports in the implementation of the Communications and Public Relations Plan and flow of information across the RPD programme; + Identifies opportunities to improve the Programme's relationship with external stakeholders; + Assist and follow up with requests and complaints from the Public, and forward them to the relevant GECs and respond to their enquiries; + Draft speeches, articles, scripts and any related matters to the Client and top management; + Prepares quarterly newsletters, annual reports and other internal communications; + Assists in organizing workshops, seminars and events held by the RPD, Secondment Consultant and the Client; + Assists in organising internal cultural, social and sports activities; + Fulfil various reporting upon request; + Mentor staff; + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Academic Qualification - BSc, Beng, BA or Equivalent + Minimum of 10 years experience in Public Relations tasks (PR) + Similar Experience - 5 years + Regional Experience - Required (with experience in GCC countries) + Fluent in Arabic and English Language + Knowledge in Graphics Design (as required for preparing materials for event flyers, vidoes, etc.) **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
