Your Day to Day As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for attending to all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner. You will coordinate with the concerned departments and deal with guest requirements in a courteous, charming and professional manner. What We Need From You Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: + Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort + Knowledge in Opera PMS is an advantage + Strong communication skills + Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English + Additional language is an added advantage + Strong organizational skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Ability to multitask What We Offer We'll reward all your hard work with competitive salary and benefits.
