Amenities Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Amenities Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic English skills and a positive attitude toward ensuring guest satisfaction. Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of amenities such as restrooms, lounges, and recreational areas.
  • Assist guests with inquiries about available amenities and services.
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and other necessary items.
  • Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of all public and guest areas.
  • Ensure that all amenities are in good working order and report any maintenance issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest requests promptly.
  • Assist with other duties as required by the management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of English.
  • Previous experience as an Amenities Attendant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 1,300 QAR per month.
  • Accommodation and transportation provided by the company.
