We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Contract Specialist to manage, negotiate, and execute service-related contracts. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments, analyzing supplier proposals, managing contract renewals, and ensuring compliance with procurement and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of service contracts from negotiation to execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with organizational needs
  • Analyze supplier proposals and negotiate optimal terms
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements
  • Monitor contract renewals and amendments to maintain continuous service delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • Relevant procurement or buyer certification is preferred
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in contract or procurement management
