Senior Procurement CoordinatorLocation: Qatar

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Coordinator to assist in managing tender processes, contract management, and procurement activities in line with approved policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head in preparing tender documents (RFQs, advertisements), arranging site visits, and issuing bulletins during tendering
• Support the tendering process ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Prepare commercial bid reports and handle commercial clarifications
• Ensure contract particulars are accurately entered into Oracle Fusion for approval
• Manage Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), ensuring they are signed, documented, and handed over to end users
• Expedite suppliers and end users for timely information exchange in line with procurement procedures
• Analyze end user needs to recommend and establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for repetitive orders
• Monitor expiry of BPAs to ensure timely re-tendering and new contract mobilization
• Process variation requests for existing BPAs according to procurement procedures
• Maintain complete documentation of signed BPAs in secure, designated locations
• Perform other procurement duties as assigned by the Head and Director

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Additional qualifications in Business Management, CIPS, or CPP preferred
• Relevant procurement-related courses
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience
