  • Prepare, cook, and present Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes according to traditional methods and modern standards.
  • Develop and update menus with a focus on regional specialties (e.g., Levantine, Gulf, North African cuisine).
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained at all times.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff on Arabic cooking techniques and plating.
  • Manage inventory of Arabic-specific ingredients and ensure timely procurement.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and management to create seasonal and promotional menus.
  • Monitor food cost and portion control to ensure profitability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Cater for special events, buffets, and themed nights with Arabic cuisine focus.
