B2B Business Development Officer
Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced B2B Business Development Officer to join our growing e-commerce company. The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and relationship management. This role will focus on driving growth through new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and fostering long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to target potential business clients, increase sales, and expand market share for the companys products and services.
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Identify and target new business clients across various industries, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers. Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Account Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiation & Contract Management:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with business clients to ensure profitability while maintaining strong relationships.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Use this information to recommend new product offerings and sales tactics.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), sales targets, and business development goals. Provide regular reports to senior management and adjust strategies as needed.
- Customer Service & Support:
Ensure a seamless experience for business clients by addressing inquiries, managing after-sales support, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, e-commerce platforms, and online business models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business revenue.
- Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term business relationships.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and B2B marketing strategies.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month
