Business Development Executive

Purpose

Act as a Hunter in the market and position the capabilities and the products of Elite with customers and win new opportunities for Elite. Ensure customers have a seamless relationship and meet their commitments on volume and DSO to Elite.

What Youll Do

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Any adhoc job requirement as delegated by the Line Manager

About You

Education and Certification

Graduate in any discipline with fluency in English.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., SalesForce, Hubspot)
  • Experience in Powerpoint
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Experience

  • At least 2-4 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience in B2B sales.
  • Track record of achieving sales budgets
