Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Neds Club, a private members club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

Job Purpose:

As a Butler, you will be the embodiment of refined service, providing VVIP/VIP guests with a seamless, tailored, and memorable experience. Youll be responsible for creating lasting impressions through attention to detail, professionalism, and a deep understanding of luxury service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to VVIP/VIP and suite guests throughout their stay
  • Coordinate guest preferences, room arrangements, dining, and special requests
  • Handle packing/unpacking, garment care, and shoe polishing
  • Ensure guest areas are immaculate and stocked to standard
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local events, and attractions
  • Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and room service teams to exceed expectations
  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or culinary industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety guidelines, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred.
