Chaat Maker

We are currently hiring a Chaat Maker for a vibrant restaurant operating under a reputable facility management company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in preparing traditional chaat and street food delicacies. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for cuisine and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of chaat items such as Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Papdi Chaat, Sev Puri, Aloo Tikki, and other regional favorites.
• Ensure authentic taste, attractive presentation, and food quality at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation and service areas in accordance with HACCP and company standards.
• Monitor and manage ingredient stock and assist in placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and facility management protocols.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience working as a Chaat Maker or in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Sound knowledge of street food and traditional preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: QAR 1,500/month
• Benefits: Food, accommodation, and transportation provided by the company
