Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Arabic-speaking female Course Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and marketing, a strong ability to guide and support prospective students, and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with potential students to understand their educational and career goals.
• Promote and recommend suitable courses and programs based on student needs.
• Actively follow up on inquiries, leads, and applications to meet sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and student outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment activities.
• Represent the institution at events, exhibitions, and webinars.

Requirements:

• Female candidate fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in sales and target-driven environments, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Strong background or understanding of marketing strategies.
• Bachelors degree or higher in any field.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and enrollment targets.
• Good computer skills (CRM, MS Office, Zoom/Teams, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in educational sales or course counselling.
• Knowledge of the education sector in [your region] is an advantage.
