Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to forecast revenue and evaluate pipeline performance.
- Identify and address data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform sales strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or business development context.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
