Dermatologist

conducts an analysis of the skin type of the patient before arriving at the treatment procedure to be undertaken

takes a complete record of information from the patient suffering from skin problems to rule out other medical problems and refer them to specialists accordingly

provides cosmetic and other treatment to patients after a review

reviews diagnostic reports of patients before starting actual skin treatment

provides counseling to patients to handle skin treatments and post-treatment effects properly

uses appropriate techniques to diagnose and treat skin ailments

monitors the effectiveness of skin treatments and make necessary improvements or changes

communicates with assistants and other team members to ensure therapies are being administered properly

attends conferences to network with dermatology professionals and learn about new treatments and research

treat every patient with respect and compassion and ensure compliance with current medical laws and ethic

performs general procedures such as:

1. history taking, local skin examination and description of skin lesions and

subsequent topical applications description

2. requesting or performing laboratory analysis and organizing results.

3. dermojet injection

4. intralesional (steroid injection)

5. curettage

6. comedone extraction

7. liquid nitrogen application(cryocautery)

8. skin paring (warts/superficial keratosis/callosity)

9. electrocautery

10.local chemical cautery

11.removal of sutures

12.minor skin surgery

14. phototherapy

15. chemical peeling

16. dtm culture (fungus)

17. koh scrapings

18. methylene blue

Job Requirement :

• Qualification: Degree in Dermatology
• Experience: Minimum 7 years experience as Dermatologist & cosmetic skin treatments & surgery.
• Must be Arabic speaking, and fluent in English
• QCHP License should be available
• Must be locally available in Qatar, with transferrable sponsorship
