Design Coordinator

Job summary:

We seek an organized and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to join our team. In this role, he will act as the bridge between teams, project managers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and alignment of design goals across all projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the design team to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, feedback loops, and approvals between departments.
• Help organize and maintain asset libraries and design documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate design reviews, brainstorms, and planning sessions
• Track resource allocation and assist with prioritizing workloads
• Record MOM within the department and project-wise
• Act as assistant project manager for different projects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role (Design Coordinator, Project Manager, etc.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with design tools.
• Understanding of basic design principles and processes
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and cross-functional teams
