Digital Marketing Officer

Doha Bank is undergoing a strategic transformation with a renewed focus on expanding its marketing reach and strengthening its market presence. As part of this growth, we are building a dynamic marketing team driven by innovation and creativity. The Digital Marketing Officer will play a vital role in promoting the Bank’s products and campaigns across all segments, including Retail, Corporate, and Digital Banking. This role will collaborate closely with the Retail Banking and Digital teams and report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across all product lines (Retail, Corporate, Digital)
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop compelling campaign assets
  • Coordinate with media, production, and other external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery
  • Develop and implement campaign plans with a strong focus on tracking ROI and performance metrics
  • Design and maintain ROI tracking workflows and performance dashboards
  • Leverage expertise in social media platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility
  • Apply a data-driven, results-oriented approach to performance marketing
  • Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, activations, and digital engagement strategies
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform campaign strategies
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, shoots, and other marketing activities

Experience & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatari market and consumer behavior
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and social media trends
  • Familiarity with the financial services landscape; previous experience in banking or fintech is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics dashboards)
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate integrated campaigns with internal teams and external agencies
  • Experience working with governmental or regulatory bodies is a plus
  • Excellent planning, project management, and attention to detail
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field; relevant certifications or completed professional training programs are desirable
