DIRECTOR OF SALES

Summary

Park Hyatt Doha is looking for a passionate and strategic Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and contribute to the continued success of our luxury property in Msheireb Downtown.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve hotel revenue goals
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key markets
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to maximize business performance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of senior-level sales experience in luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the local and regional market (GCC experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
