Driver

Transport Customers:

· Displaying the highest level of professional conduct when driving a company vehicle or dealing with customers. Always with a smile and welcoming gesture.

· Safely drive customers to and from locations as per the rental agreement.

Vehicle Maintenance:

· Ensure that vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition before and after each trip. Report any issues or damages promptly.

· Be responsible and accountable for actions when operating a company vehicle or driving for the purposes of work.

· Report vehicle defects if you encounter while using the vehicle, which includes:

ü Signs in dashboard

ü Brake pad sound

ü Wipers worn out

ü Tyres worn out

ü Any other sounds which may lead to mechanical issues.

Customer Service:

· Be knowledgeable with the Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions, Vehicle Insurance Policy, and Security Deposit charge and refund policy.

• Assist customers with luggage, ensure comfort, and provide helpful information regarding the vehicle and the destination.

Route Planning:

· Plan the best routes to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays.

· Be knowledeable of using Google Maps / Waze / GPS Navigation.

Regulatory Compliance:

· Follow traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a safe driving experience.

Communication:

· Maintain open communication with the office regarding the vehicle status, customer needs, or any potential delays.Company confidential information shall not be disclosed or discussed to anyone.

Professional Image and Hygiene:

· The professional image and hygiene of the driver is crucial in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the reputation of the company.

Ensuring the cleanliness and Personal hygiene of the drivers.

Documentation:

· Be knowledgeable with the Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions, Vehicle Insurance Policy, and Security Deposit charge and refund policy.

· Carry out a full checklist prior to using the vehicle for any reason and to be given to relevant branch sales or reception.

• Maintain accurate records of daily mileage, vehicle condition reports, and customer-related documents. Upon handling over the vehicle, Drivers must take photographs of the vehicle upon handover for documentation.
• Other assignments to be given following managements instructions
• Comply with the supervisors directions.
