Electrical Engineer

• Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum 8 years experience in facility Management, O&M, Cooling Plant
• Good knowledge of industry standards, international guidelines (like NFPA, ISO, BS) and local government guidelines and best practices
• Able to coordinate and monitor all disciplines of electrical works related to all FM contracts,including both management of the site supervision team as well as the service providers, and other appropriate specialties
• Team Player and able to manage technicians, and contractors
• Ability to manage budget for Preventive and corrective maintenance work
• Self-motivated, Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision making and leadership abilities
• To be able to demonstrate good knowledge on Health & Safety (Principles, Responsibilities and Practices)
• To be able to demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to plan and schedule work and duties
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to do precise report writing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,200.00 - QAR6,950.00 per month
