Executive Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Ø Managing the overall business.

Ø Responsible for improving the revenue.

Ø Take care of Factory operation, monitor the sales, maintenance and product development.

Ø Coordinating with Accounts, HR and Procurement for Hiring, Budgeting & Raw material purchase.

Ø Overseeing the production process of the factory, ensuring that orders are completed on time, and that the quality of the products produced meets the companys standards.

Ø Interact with the employees, prepare reports on the current condition of logistics, and decide on the next course of action.

Ø Plays a key role in chalking out the overall operational policy.

Ø maximizing the output of the various support services.

Ø Needs to ensure that the necessary administrative and legal formalities are completed.

Ø Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.

Ø Responsible for managing the budget and ensuring that all costs are kept under control.

Ø Overseeing the development and training of the existing staff. They will also be required to ensure that the safety regulations of the factory are adhered to.

Ø The Executive Manager will be required to develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the factory and its products

Requirements

25 to 30 years experience.

Managing P&L of whole organization including sales team.

Preferably from Steel Fabrication/Security Fencing industry.

Qatar/GCC Experience required.

BE Mechanical with MBA preferred.
