We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our Hot Kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hot kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision.
• Develop and execute high-quality, consistent dishes in line with our brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure a productive and collaborative environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget targets.
• Innovate and introduce new dishes and techniques to keep the menu fresh and competitive.
• Work closely with management to support special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a hot kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in hot food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen.
• Culinary certification or degree preferred.
