Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient shift scheduling.
• Oversee patient care activities and maintain high standards of nursing practice.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff and new hires.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, health regulations, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and administrative documentation.
• Manage supplies and ensure the availability of necessary equipment and medications.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN); Masters degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in [Insert Location/Country].
