Hiring for Warehouse Manager
Location : Barka Oman
- Job Purpose : Responsible for warehouse improvements, maintenance, verification, inquiries of warehouse operations
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field. Minimum Experience: More than 7 to 10 years of warehouse experience in a senior level position Should be able to lead and motivate the entire warehouse team.
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing and escalating time to time over all warehouse operations activities
- Monitor time (receipts and dispatching of goods, verification of inventory on weekly & monthly basis & reconciling with systems stocks)
- Implement stacking and storage norms as per policy
- Purchase planning according to demands
- Inventory control (regular update &manage MIS, implementation of service contracts, implement safety norms and ensure good housekeeping
- Transportation planning for multiple supply, manufacturer, distributor and warehousing points in a network.
- Manage Customer Operating Procedure & Interface
- Purchase and Distribution Planning.
- Monitoring the strength of Warehouse and enquiring about the absentees and ensure Leave forms are submitted
- Addressing concerns/improvements via Toolbox minutes
- Liaising with HR for the personal/official individual requirement of Warehouse operatives
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
