IT Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to lead our technology operations and drive innovation across the organization.

This role will be responsible for managing the IT team, maintaining the integrity of all technology systems, ensuring network security, and aligning IT strategies with business goals.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, systems, network administration, and support.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, project timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure data security, backup systems, disaster recovery, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Authorizes Access level and maintains Users Passwords.
• Performs periodic library backups.
• Housekeeping and security of the Hard Disks which contains information
• Maintains all electronic devices connected.
• Troubleshoots system failure and to call for appropriate assistance from the specific vendor.
• Authorizes Access level and maintains Security Codes.
• Upgrades new releases of software and hardware.
• Maintains configuration codes.
• Housekeeping and security of the hotels Database.
• Investigates discrepancy.
• Installs new and upgrades existing software.
• Troubleshoots network and PCs problem.
• Improves network connectivity setup.
• Controls inventory of all systems (PCs, Printers, Diskettes, etc).
• Provides End Users with training and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month
