Lab Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations across both laboratory and radiology units, ensuring timely and accurate testing and imaging services.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, training, and performance management for lab and radiology personnel.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and compliant with safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of supplies and reagents.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflow, reduce turnaround times, and enhance patient experience.
• Oversee documentation and reporting for accreditation bodies and ensure adherence to local and international healthcare regulations (e.g., CAP, JCI, MOH).
• Analyze department performance data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between technical staff, physicians, and management to resolve issues and ensure high-quality diagnostic support.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experienced in hospitals or multi branches medical center.
• Preferred masters in health management alongwith Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiologic Technology
