Were seeking a confident, skilled, and experienced Lady Boat Captain to operate our wakeboarding and wakesurfing boats. Youll ensure smooth and safe operations, deliver exceptional service to our guests, and bring great vibes to the water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate wake boats for wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and other activities
- Drive and handle wake boats safely and smoothly for various watersports
- Ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and equipment on board
- Assist guests with gear and onboarding/offboarding procedures
- Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safe operations
- Perform basic maintenance checks and cleanliness of the vessel
- Work closely with instructors and guest relations team to deliver memorable experiences
Preferred Skills:
- Strong ability to ride, handle, and navigate boats (experience essential)
- Previous experience operating wake/speed boats is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of water safety and marine regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
