Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential and/or commercial properties, handling tenant relations, and ensuring a smooth rental process from inquiry to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and schedule property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Present properties professionally and highlight key features during tours.
  • Following up on leads for potential renters
  • Screen and qualify applicants in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Prepare leasing documents and coordinate the signing process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and property availability.
  • Assist in marketing vacant units through online platforms, signage, and open houses.
  • Build strong relationships with current and potential tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs or property issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Leasing Agent, Property Consultant, or in a similar real estate role.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with leasing regulations, tenant rights, and local real estate laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Valid real estate license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
  • A drivers license and access to a vehicle are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience Required: 3-4 Years
  • Fluent English speaker only (preferably South Asia and Southeast Asia)
  • Experience in both residential and commercial leasing is advantageous
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or property management tools
  • knowledge of local market and properties
