Legal Coordinator

. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the private or corporate legal practice.

. Work under the supervision of the legal team to provide them with all the

required support.

. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, RFPs, TORs, leases and

other legal documents as required in order to protect the interests of PHCC

and prevent disputes and potential liability/losses.

. Prepare contracts and other legal documents and assemble them for

signature; Prepare and review templates; Maintain contracts records and

safeguards them; Draft legal letters, memorandums and other

correspondences for internal and external legal affairs matters.

· Maintain a database of drafted contracts and legal documents to ensure

effective monitoring and availability of up-to-date information as required.

. Draft and legal memos.

. Coordinate the legal work between the legal team and keep track.

. Keep abreast the latest legal rules, regulations and laws that impact legal

contracts development and administration Provide assistance to the legal

team by conducting the required legal research by utilizing a variety of legal

research tools, including internet legal tools, software legal programs; public

journals.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
