Male Concierge

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Male Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic English skills and a positive attitude towards providing excellent service to guests. Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Assist with making reservations for dining, entertainment, or travel arrangements.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that guests needs are met and exceed their expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of local events, attractions, and important contacts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Basic knowledge of English.
• Previous experience as a Concierge or in customer service is preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 1,800 QAR per month.
• Accommodation and transportation provided by the company.
