As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargos Revenue Optimization Team in Doha as a Manager Cargo Inventory Management. About the Role Qatar Airways Cargo is looking for a Manager Cargo Inventory Management to lead and optimize revenue strategies across our global cargo network. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cargo capacity on both passenger and freighter flights, ensuring effective revenue management strategies, and driving process improvements that maximize profitability. As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

• Develop revenue strategies. Creating and implementing strategies to maximize cargo revenue considering profitability, market demand, and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt strategic plans dynamically to achieve revenue targets and drive commercial success.
• Manage system enhancements for inventory management and suggest innovative solutions.
• Strengthen interface processes with Cargo Operations, Sales, and Pricing to ensure alignment in decision-making and revenue optimization.
• Promote a network-based revenue management approach rather than individual flight-based strategies.
• Drive awareness and cultivate a high-performance, analytical culture within the team.
• Oversee department objectives, ensuring policies and procedures are aligned with broader corporate goals.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent with minimum 8 years of job-related experience
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to drive revenue-enhancing initiatives
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to align business strategies
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and implementing operational improvements
• Proven experience in revenue management, inventory optimization and/or pricing
• Advanced problem solving capabilities
