Marketing cum Receptionist

Job Description:As the Marketing cum Receptionist, you will play a key role in both front-office operations and marketing efforts. This is a unique, dual-purpose position where you will be responsible for managing reception duties while assisting with marketing campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist Duties:
  • Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
  • Manage incoming emails, appointments, and office scheduling
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
  • Marketing Duties:
  • Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
  • Manage social media accounts and content creation
  • Coordinate marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) and assist with promotional events
  • Analyze marketing data and provide reports on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or receptionist roles
  • Background or interest in marketing and communications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms)
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
