Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of a business or organization. This role involves supporting executives, managing office operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth workflow across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to help improve the efficiency and productivity of the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- ARABIC NATIONALITY
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (typically 9 am - 5 pm).
- Office-based with occasional remote work possible.
- Some travel may be required, depending on the companys needs.
