Operations AssistantLocation: Qatar

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the orchestral operations team. The ideal candidate will coordinate logistical tasks essential for successful rehearsals, performances, and tours, assisting both the Orchestra Manager and Stage Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for rehearsals, performances, and tours
  • Assist the Orchestra Manager and Stage Manager with event preparations
  • Prepare and organize materials needed for concerts
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Support day-to-day operational activities related to orchestra events

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Event Management or related field preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
