Job Summary:

The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services essential to the companys operations. The Procurement Officer ensures that procurement processes are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, reliability, and sustainability.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
• Monitor and track procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance, to ensure compliance with established standards and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability in the procurement process.
• Ensure proper documentation for all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts, in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree in any Discipline.
• Min 2 -3 years of experience in procurement of MEP and Facility Maintenance.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent English and Arabic communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in SAP / Oracle.
• Must be available to join immediately.
