Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to develop high-quality proposals and responses for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing proposals for cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance, and related services. This role requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical GRC concepts into compelling and client-focused proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and edit compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other business development materials related to GRC services.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales teams, and leadership to gather technical inputs and craft tailored proposals.
  • Ensure proposals align with client requirements, industry best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIA, QCSF, ITSM, BCMS, Data Privacy and Data Classification).
  • Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, case studies, and past performance data for efficient reuse.
  • Research and analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends to enhance proposal effectiveness.
  • Review and proofread proposals for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with submission guidelines.
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Business, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the GRC, cybersecurity, or IT services domain.
  • Strong understanding of GRC concepts, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple proposals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.

Availability:

Immediately available to maximum 30 days

Note:

Please note that candidates who are ready to relocate to Qatar only to be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR4,500.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 23/04/2025
