QHP Lead

QHP LeadLocation: Qatar

We are looking for a proactive QHP Lead to assist visitors and support team activities during shifts. The role involves task coordination, event support, and delivering excellent visitor assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person assistance to visitors when requested
  • Collaborate with the team to divide tasks and cover shifts effectively
  • Support with preparing materials, managing crowds, distributing gifts, and assisting library events and programs
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of related job experience
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum High School diploma
