Quality Control Site Technician for Readymix Company

We are hiring for Quality Control Site Technician - ReadyMix Concrete.

Job Description:

• Perform routine quality control tests on fresh concrete, including slump testing, temperature measurement, air content, and unit weight as per standard methods.
• Conduct sampling and preparation of concrete cube specimens at site for compressive strength testing.
• Ensure proper curing and documentation of concrete cube samples.
• Monitor and record delivery conditions of concrete, including truck-mix times, temperature, and any admixture usage.
• Identify and report any non-conformance or quality issues immediately to the QC Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of all test results, inspections, and sampling activities.
• Communicate effectively with batching plant personnel, site engineers,regarding concrete quality.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote safe working practices on-site.
• Assist in periodic calibration and maintenance of testing equipment as required.
• Support laboratory and batching plant staff in additional testing and reporting as needed.
• Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in quality control of ready-mix concrete or construction materials testing.
