Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and attract potential clients for leasing or purchasing properties.
• Property Tours: Conduct property tours, showcasing features and addressing client inquiries.
• Negotiation: Handle lease agreements, rental terms, and sales contracts to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Market Analysis: Monitor real estate trends to provide competitive pricing and informed advice.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage leasing documents, contracts, and reports.
• Driving Requirements: Use a personal car and valid driving license for property visits and client meetings.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales and leasing goals set by the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or leasing (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.
• Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in MS Office and leasing management software.

Skills:

• Ability to analyze market data and trends.

NOTE:

This is a commission-based job rather than a fixed salary. Specifically, you will earn 50% of the commission for each successful deal you close.
