Restaurant Supervisor

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor (Female)Job Criteria / Requirements:1. Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) service, reservations, customer service, and staff coordination.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, assign tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.

2. Leadership & Management:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and monitor restaurant staff to ensure high performance.
• Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints, staff issues, or operational challenges.

3. Customer Service:

• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle VIP guests and resolve issues with a calm, courteous approach.

4. Communication & Reporting:

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to create shift schedules, submit reports, and coordinate with management and kitchen staff.

5. Organization & Attention to Detail:

• Ability to maintain high standards in cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

6. Technology & Systems:

• Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic computer operations (MS Office, email).

7. Education & Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors in Hospitality Management or related field preferred).
• Food safety or hygiene certification (as per local regulations) is an advantage.

8. Personal Attributes:

• Friendly, approachable, and confident.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
