Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive for a preschool, your role would focus on promoting the preschool, building relationships with parents, and ensuring a strong enrollment pipeline. You would be responsible for both the sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a marketing plan that targets parents and caregivers, focusing on the unique benefits of your preschool.
• Use various digital marketing methods, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online advertising.
• Create engaging content (blog posts, newsletters, social media updates) that highlights the values and activities of your preschool.
• Plan and execute events like open houses, tours, and parent-teacher meetings to encourage enrollment.
• Engage with local communities and build partnerships with nearby businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Work closely with the inquiries to follow up on leads, answer questions, and ultimately convert inquiries into enrolled students.
• Set up personalized consultations with parents to discuss their childs needs and how your preschool can meet those needs.
• Open Houses and Tours: Hosting open houses or offering free trial days allows parents to see the environment firsthand, increasing the chances of conversion.
• Partnerships: Partner with local businesses, pediatricians, and child-focused organizations to expand your reach.
• Parent Testimonials: Share stories from satisfied parents, emphasizing the positive experience their child had at the preschool.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractContract length: 24 months

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month

• Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

• Preschool: 5 years (Preferred)
