Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthy food products, meal plans, and clinic services. Your goal will be to attract new customers, support their health goals, and help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell healthy meal plans, nutritional products, and clinic services to new and existing customers.
• Talk to customers to understand their needs and recommend the right services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with the nutrition and clinic teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, and follow-ups to generate leads and close sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of current health trends, products, and competitor offerings.
• Keep records of sales and customer feedback.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or customer service role. Experience in the health, diet, or wellness industry is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centered approach.
